To promote recycling, I developed a product called the “SPC Goes Green Trashcan”. The product started back in 2009 when our teacher asked the students to think of an idea that can help earth. I’ve realized how my community was not taking any actions to start recycling, so I partnered up with other class mates. With my creativity, I thought of a 2 in one divided trashcan for kids to start recycle at a young age. One section of the trashcan was for garbage and the other for plastic bottles. After having a protocol of our trashcan, we displayed it at our school faire that had at least 45 students and staff who were interested in buying one for their family members, or for themselves. The SPC Goes Green Trashcan became a great product that can influence anybody at any age to start recycling.

Title: Typical exercise – By Line: CS – Intro – 1st entry: March 14th, 2011
Hello JCBA readers! Have you ever wondered what type of exercise is needed to be fit for a cheerleader? Well here are some things you need to know to get started. Stretching is a must! It is needed every time before practice or even a big game. It warms up your body so you do not pull or muscle or strain during performance. You can always start by stretching each leg and your hamstrings and hold it for at least 1 minute. After that you would want to stretch your arms and get ready to start some kicks. As a cheerleader, we usually do 10 kicks to the right and 10 kicks to the left in the air. You must have your toes pointed! Eventually after, you do at least 3 toe touches, and now you’re ready to start performing!
